That option exists in the SimpliSafe app, under Menu > Camera Settings > [your camera] > Rotate Image 180º.

However, doing so will affect how the motion sensor works. When set up the "normal" way, the motion sensor points down to catch intruders below. But if the camera is upside-down, you'll want to point it even lower than you normally would, to cover the same area.
