Outdoor camera NO motion alerts and NO recordings on timeline
Installed 1 out of 3 brand new outdoor cameras 2 days ago. The camera does not send any motion notifications and no recordings are available on timeline. The connection speed along with settings are more than fine. During last two days I spent couple of hours with support, upgraded all firmware...etc. Everything started working properly at 2pm today and now it's dead again. I'm getting pretty close to giving up and returning all of my purchases back to SS.
Does anybody know what's going on with this company?
