Outdoor camera no daytime color

All my outdoor cameras are in color except one.  One will only show color in the daytime if the night vision is set to spotlight.  I know that the spotlight is needed for night time color, but why is it needed for daytime color on this one camera?  The location is fine — light is good….????

It sounds like that one camera is having trouble switching back into daytime mode. Does it still have the same issue when moved to a different spot?

 

You might also want to try a reboot, just by taking out a battery and putting it back in.

thanks for your reply!

I can't easily move the camera -- it's mounted at my roof.

But I can get a ladder and try to climb up and get to the battery.  It's connected to a solar panel.
