Help Center content is really for permanent concerns, or something that has a big negative impact on customer experience. Temporary issues like stock shortages wouldn't normally be under that category. But you're right, it would be helpful to have an article explaining how/why certain items keep going out of stock. I'll send it up to our HC team.
Been waiting over a month for mine - when I ordered it, the site stated 1-2 weeks. I keep getting an email pushing it further and further back. Wish I had known of this issue prior to paying for it and not knowing when or if I’d even have the product in hand. Good luck
@rodriguezjaimee so sorry to hear about your experience. Yes, due to inventory challenges, the Outdoor Camera had been out of stock. But the good news is that we finally have a new shipment in. If you haven't received your shipping notice already, it should be coming to your inbox soon.
