Newer outdoor camera stops recharging at 84%. Camera has been in use for 6 months.

When you plug in the Outdoor Camera's battery, do you see it light up to indicate that it's charging? If you don't see a light, I'd recommend using a different USB port or adapter to rule out if that's the issue or not. If that doesn't help, the battery may need to be replaced. Our Support team can order a replacement for you.
Thank you. The battery blinks and stops when there are three solid lights, however when I check the charge on SS app it shows only 84% charged. The battery is only 6 months old. Is that normal?
@dflaitz the three solid lights should indicate that the battery is fully charged, it shouldn't be reading at 84%. This certainly isn't normal, so I do think you should reach out to our Support team to get a replacement battery.
