Outdoor Camera and Doorbell connections vs accessibility

I am still within my 60 day trial period and am a VERY NOT HAPPY CAMPER because of both the Outdoor Camera and the Video Doorbell for this very same reason.  The only way to keep WiFi connection was to spend additional money on a Mesh Router and two (2) extenders.  This was at a hefty price tag of an additional almost $600 just to get the Outdoor camera/Doorbell to work.  This is NOT acceptable!  In addition, now that I finally have 'full wifi' connection, I'm still not receiving all motion notifications and you are almost at my door before the Doorbell finally records.  At this point, I'm not sure whether to trust the 'jam proof detection' feature and may have to consider reinstalling my old Ring Doorbell, that people were jamming, just for more stable notifications, view and reliability.  If the SimpliSafe system doesn't detect until you are almost to the door then how is that protection?  Is anyone else experiencing these issues?
