One doorbell camera and two users

I have one doorbell camera. However, my wife and I both want to use the app on our phones to view the camera and respond to visitors. Is this possible? Is this the best way to do it?

Absolutely, me and my wife have the app and we both can view the cameras and at the same time.

It's the only way to do it.

You do both have to use the same log in though if that matters to you. OTOH, not like you have a choice if you both want access, even if it does matter.

Same issue. We've both tried using the same login, but it doesn't appear to work. I can see the feed and get the alerts when there is activity. But my wife doesn't get the alerts or see the feed.

What's the secret to making this work?

For the alerts I think you have to turn that on independently on each phone. For the cam feed I I don't recall if I had to do anything extra or not for my GF/SOs phone. Hers is Apple mine is Samsung, but it works on both using the same account/log in.
