Not getting doorbell notifications

I'm not getting doorbell notifications or motion notifications from my doorbell.  In Settings, the motion detection is set to On, Mic & Audio are On, Pic Quality is 720p, Doorbell Notification is On, Connection is strong, etc. There are many "Camera Motion Detected" events in my timeline, every couple of minutes actually, but I'm not getting notifications on any of them.  However I am getting notifications when my systems is armed/disarmed. On the plus side, I have great video and audio on the doorbell, I just don't know if someone is there...with either good or bad intentions.
