My outdoor camera in the front randomly sends false notifications at night!
At night the front outdoor camera sends notifications back to back and there's nothing out there! It drains the battery extremely fast causing us to charge the battery way too frequently. How can we fix this? I've tried everything on my app already. Thanks in advance for your help.

Thanks for checking in about this. You mention that it's your 'Front' Outdoor Camera that's having trouble. What is it looking at? It might be catching objects that it thinks are people, like a flag pole or a tall trash can. And your other cameras, are they not having trouble?
It might help to perform a camera reset by holding the pairing button in the back for 30 seconds. That will return it to factory condition, so you can reinstall it through the SimpliSafe app.

I installed the Front Door Video camera 3 years ago. Recently the camera is sending false alerts and videos starting at dark and lasting through the night. These alerts come at the rate of 2-4 minutes apart. I have done the 30 seconds reset and reinstalled. I have changed the sensitivity settings to low, medium and high….nothing works. During the day, the camera works fine.
