More than 10 cameras?
With gen3 base, is there any way to use more than 10 cameras? 10 seems to be an arbitrary limit, and I’m hoping there’s an add on or something that will allow a few more cams.

Hi @Cdruybal ,
Unfortunately no. At this time, our system can only support up to 10 cameras per location. The SimpliSafe app itself will not allow it. There is an active request on our Product Requests section that you may be interested in adding your voice to, here.

I've been a SS customer for 3 years. Endured constant price increases, but remained loyal. Moving in 2026. This 10 cam limit is now becoming a deal breaker. Unless SS remedies this issue, we are done; over ^ out!

Been a SS customer for 3 years. Moving house in 26... and this 10 cam limit has become a deal breaker; over & out! Otherwise, it's pretty good... but need a best in class system. Please SS; listen up Unfortunately this antiquated limit is no longer up to par.

Can you have more than 10 cameras if you self monitor? Did not know of the 10 camera limit when I purchased system. If I had known I would have reconsider my purchase.
