More Outdoor Camera Issues...

Seems to be a common theme, but my outdoor cameras just dropped wifi and won't reconnect.  Like everyone else I've seen, I've recharged, rebooted, reset and removed the cameras to troubleshoot, but still won't connect.  The SimpliSafe indoor camera and my 30+ other devices connect fine.  I have the cameras literally touching both the base station and the wifi access point and still nothing.  I've also tried locking in specific channels on the 2.4 radio side, but nothing.  Is there a fix for these things yet?  I noticed there is a pending firmware update, however if I can't get my cameras to connect, how am I supposed to get it?

Hi @reyoung, 

I have seen users in the past find success after resetting their Outdoor Camera and adding it back to their system using both the Keypad and the SimpliSafe app. I would give that a try next! If that does not work for you, I would reach out to our Support team, as looking at all the troubleshooting steps you've already taken, they may need to replace your camera.
