Magic wedge kit for doorbell
Support is clueless and cannot help me. They have no idea of what they sent me. Unreal!!
Does anyone who received this thing to fix the movement issues recommend which way to install it? Towards the house or away from house. Still want my cars in driveway monitored. It's an easy question.

I am done with this. The support person is not listening to me. Trying to troubleshoot again. I spent an hour and a half last week on this. I've done it all. Your $#(@# don't work!!! Looking at different options.

What is the "magic wedge kit"? Is it just a replacement for the wedge that came with the unit or something else? If it's a replacement you can see the orientation of the wedge in the video in this support article:
https://support.simplisafe.com/articles/video-doorbell-pro/video-doorbell-pro-installation-guide/634492f977e4972f8fca9f37
You'll see the relevant part at around 1m40s.
Edit: You can also see the angle of the bracket included with the kit at this URL as well:

Hi @Davo17,
Are you referring to the Horizontal Wedge Kit? If so, I would set it up facing away from your house so it can still see your driveway.

For everyone just do what I did as I have ordered a few of these for installs I have done for people and on Amazon there are 3rd parties out there and they make a wedg to angle the doorbell. Just look up angled bracket or angled wedge for simplisafe video doorbell and it should pop up.
