Lost device control screen for video cameras in webapp.

Had a camera go offline and went to devices screen to possibly correct and the device section showing cameras is missing.  All the other sensors are listed but cameras that listed first are not shown at all.  I used to be able to modify parameters but now nothing.  The system is an earlier mod 1 and all had been operating properly until recently.

Hi rfcrecco,

First, from what understand, you're not able to access your cameras' Settings page. Is the Cameras section of the app not visible at all? The Cameras should all be on their own separate section, not the Devices section.

JohnnyM: When I go to devices page, the cameras were first section displayed, then the intrusion sensor section followed by keypad, key chain, fire/smoke, etc.  There are no cameras listed at all and the section header is not even listed.  Have 6 cameras and all but one is working but they will not list on devices page so I can't change any parameters ie, IR on off, sensitivity, etc.

Is there possibly a webapp update that I missed?

Another thing I noticed is when I tried to add another device, cameras are not even listed in the pull down menu.

Edit #2 - when syncing with base from the webapp, the device screen it never finishes the cycle to show any devices at all.  Base will announce your device is synchronized but the sychronization icon keeps rotating and device screen is blank.  By clicking on another option like the main page, it will show correct time and date of last sync but still don't see the camera list in devices menu.

Hi rfcrecco,

All cameras should be on their own separate section in the app, so they shouldn't be showing up in the Devices section. The Cameras section can be accessed by a tab on the bottom of the screen, and the Settings page can be reached through the cog icon on the top right.

To add cameras, you'll want to hit the Menu on the left, and select Set Up a Camera.

Johnny M: I just checked the WebApp page again after logging in and those camera listings are now showing again like they did before.  My system is also syncing and updating properly when it didn't before.  Maybe someone cleared a hangup and performed an account reset?  All now appears to be working okay.
