Longer battery charger cable
How can i get longer power cords for the batteries??? i have to charge the batteries every few days... This is not a good thing... i need longer cords to plug the cameras into a power source!

Hi @kim_93db7a ,
The Outdoor Camera battery uses a standard USB-micro cable. We have the Power Adapter accessory, which includes a 25ft cable that plugs into your Outdoor Camera with a tight seal, making it weather resistant.
That being said, the Outdoor Camera's battery should be lasting several weeks, if not several months (depending on how often it's activated). I suggest resetting that camera to factory settings by pressing the button in the back for 30 seconds (or until you hear the confirmation tone). You can then set up the camera again in the SimpliSafe app.
But if that doesn't work, the next step is a replacement camera. Our Support team would be happy to help.

@kim_93db7a I have two outdoor cameras and planned them both to be on AC from the start. Highly recommend the AC adapter kit mentioned below by Davey. They are definitely over engineered that deliveres weather tight seals, heavy cabling and will last a long, long time. Well worth the money.
