Live Camera View does not work in iOS app, but works fine with webapp?
Yesterday, I intalled 2 of my 3 cameras, and that went smoothly. They were added to my account no problem.
I was able to see recorded events and look at the live feed of both after I installed them for a short time,
Then, on the iOS app, an issue developed -- I could watch recorded events, but I cannot access the Live View - when I hit the button it just says "A problem occurred. Try again later.
Everything else on the app and in the system works great.
When I log in to the webapp, the live view works perfectly. I can see both live and recorded events without an issue at all.
Since the web works, I figure that the cameras are installed correctly and all that, and that there must be an issue with the app.
I logged out of the app, deleted the app, and reinstalled. Still the same issue.
iOS, App, and Alarm updates are all current.
I called support and the first lady had me remove and reinstall base station batteries and delete and reinstall the app. Did that and no change.
She passed me on to someone in the Camera department. That person was very hard to understand, and went through doing who knows what trying to look at things in the back end. Every so often she would ask me to try again and no change. Then she accidentally hung up on me...after 47 minutes on the phone... ugh. I had no direct number for her, and she did not call me back.
So I am left as I was before --
No live view on iOS app - recorded events only.
Live view and recorded events totally fine via the browser webapp.
Everything is updated and current.
Do any of you have ideas/insights that can help me out?
