Latest update broke cameras recording
Hello all and Happy Friday!
I did update my system yesterday via the keypad. And now I notice all outdoor cameras have lost the ability to record people only.
They record all motions, cars etc.
Has anyone noted that?
SimpliSafe pls fix ASAP.

Hi @chudak ,
That is very odd, since Firmware Update 2.8 is mostly about communication between the Base and Keypad. I'm curious if anyone else is seeing this same issue with People Only after updating, which could point towards a more widespread issue.
In the meantime, have you already tried a simple power cycle of the camera? As well as toggling the setting on the app, to off, and then on again?
