It's been months. Can we get this fixed?

Every 3 minutes. All night. Every night. MONTHS!  on top of the constant connectivity issues, terrible picture quality, and my system just not working when I get home, now this?  Can I get a refund on my monthly or my constantly defective equipment?  System hasn't worked right since I got it.
