Indoor Cameras on CAT6 wiring

We were told the indoor cameras would convert to outdoor cameras by putting a sleeve over the camera, which they sold us, and that it would work in a new home that was being built, using the cat6 line (POE). However, it is not working and we have spent lots of extra time & money to get it to work, after talking with them several times and them telling us, you just need "this". I am not happy with the way things have turned out. Sure, the wireless outdoor camera looks like a good idea, but I have already paid for the wiring!

Hi,

I'm really sorry for the miscommunication. All of our cameras connect only through WiFi, and are not able to support wired connections at all.

In terms of power, the Indoor Camera specifically uses a 5v power adapter with a USB micro to USB-A connector. There is no other way to power it.
