Indoor camera
My inside camera stopped picking up motion sensors and doesn’t record. I’m assuming it’s the motion sensors. I can view it with live view and manually record but it doesn’t work picking up anything else. I removed it from system, unplugged it and added it again but still doesn’t work. Any ideas??

Hi @Andreadawnbolton,
Do you know if the Privacy Shutter on your SimpliCam is set to Open or Off? You can check this by going to Camera Settings > [your camera] > Privacy Shutter and see what it is set to. If your Privacy Shutter is Closed while in Home, or Off Mode, your SimpliCam will not record when it detects motion.
If your Privacy Shutter is set to Open, I would try resetting your SimpliCam. You can do that by pressing the button on the top of the camera for 16 seconds, and when you release, the camera will reboot and you can set it up in the app again.
