There's no setting to increase the volume on our cameras, but it should still be audible when you are near it. I would be curious to learn more about your specific situation to help with further troubleshooting. Which camera are you experiencing a low volume with? Is the volume low when viewing recordings/livestreams in the app, or is its speaker quiet? How far away is the subject from the camera?
I have two recently installed cameras. One is much louder than the other. Unfortunately, the low volume one is at my front door and people are straining to hear me. The other is mounted very high on the second floor… maybe someday I’ll swap them. Mark S.
