green exposure bright light
Outdoor camera started showing green exposure bright light on live video. I tried to hard reset and changed the picture quality settings and didn’t help. Chat with a support personal and he also couldn’t help.

@vivinvarghese82 Here is an article in the help center on different lights; are any in play when you see these types of videos? No? Suggest you call support and if no help from the agent, ask to have your concern escalated. They will get you next-tier support and call you back. Please post your outcome here if you get a chance.

Does this behavior only happen when you're viewing live? And do you know if there's a difference between day and night vision?
The way you describe it makes me think of a different issue, where the camera image may appear pink or purple due to an issue with image processing. Usually switching video quality and switching back would resolve that issue. A hard reset can help as well.
If neither of those help, there might be something else going on with your camera. Are you comfortable with sharing screenshots of the video, or the video itself? That might help us learn more.
