I'm sorry to hear about all of this trouble. Do you receive any specific error message for your videos, like "No Video," or do you find that your cameras are just not recording?
If you are receiving a "No Video" error message, that generally indicates an issue with the cameras' connection to the Wi-Fi network. This guide in our Help Center is a great first place to use to troubleshoot the cameras' Wi-Fi connection.
