False alarms from camera

@captain11​ The engineering group actually installed software on my camera when I first reported this problem, and I never got a response. All I know is that in my new home it is happening again.

The only way I got any where last time was because I was finally able to get the ear of the support team supervisor, who is part of a periodic meeting with their internal engineers. My contact is no longer available to help, unfortuantely

@davey_d​ just so you know my prior contact was Scott Huling and it was worked on over 1 year ago in my previous home

@captain11​ you've worked with them before, but might not know we gave them a name. They're also senior specialists, but with a focus on engineering-related issues.

@retiredit ah! Scott and I have worked closely together before. Unfortunately he's moved on to a different role. But I can put you in touch with someone else on the team.
