Doorbell chime does not work after installing Chime Connector

Hi there,
I've install the doorbell and had some trouble operating the it so Simplesafe sent me the chime connector which helped and now the doorbell works fine. But now, the doorbell chime is not working.
I already resets the camera and disconnected/reconnected the chime connector several times with no luck.
any advice?
