@Busstr If you're seeing a Connection error for your Video Doorbell Pro in the app, that indicates that the doorbell is having an issue connecting to the system - resetting it can help to get it back online.
You can reset the Video Doorbell Pro by pressing and holding the large button on the back of the device for 30 seconds. Once you release the button, you will be prompted to set the camera back up in the SimpliSafe mobile app again, following the steps from our installation guide.
If you continue to see this error, I would then recommend troubleshooting the Video Doorbell Pro's Wi-Fi connection by using our in-app Connection Check tool. This will run a scan on the doorbell and provide troubleshooting steps on improving its connection based off its results. This guide in our Help Center will take you trough the steps of running a connection check and provides additional tips to improve the Video Doorbell Pro's Wi-Fi connection.
