Hello - I am having trouble with my new doorbell camera. It worked great for the first week, but now the doorbell camera will not show any video through the app. It shows that it's disconnected. Despite the video saying "disconnected," however, the doorbell camera also shows as "online" in the settings, it is still connected to WiFi, and I also still receive motion notifications from the camera. The doorbell also still rings. Is there a reason why the video no longer works?
