Doorbell camera stopped working

I have had the system for 9 months.  I installed the doorbell camera and it worked great for 7 months.  All the sudden it stopped working and it's saying that the camera is off line.  I reset it and re installed in and it worked fine for about a day then it stopped again.  It's almost like it's not staying charged.  The doorbell chime works, but the camera or any of the other functions don't seem to work.  Any suggestions?

So, as of last week (05/19) my doorbell pro cam was working fine; then it stopped working all together.  Connected the Doorbeel to the micro usb and a wall charger, no boot, no power, nothing.  The chime function still works, but the Camera seems to have no power at all. Also, for some reason I'm unable to call the support number on their support page.

I am having the same issue. Seems like the problem started since the new firmware update and since then I cannot get doorbell camera to connect to WiFi.. chime function working and motion sensing also detecting but no video.. . I tried calling customer service too but no luck.

Similar issue here.  We've had 2 doorbells both working great for almost a year.

A few days ago they started giving low-battery warnings (they are hardwired to old doorbell system).

Yesterday they both said cameras offline (although I got one video on the timeline from a delivery person).

Today they both are completely dead.

Any advice will be appreciated.

Same exact issue. Happened to me at the exact same time it happened to you. So they sent me a replacement, This one does the exact same thing. Now im trying to call their support... I get get put on hold and no one ever comes on...
