Doorbell camera not saving motion sensitivity

For some reason my doorbell camera is not saving the motion sensitivity.  I set it to "medium" and it will stay for a couple hours then revert back to "low."  I am going to contact customer service, but I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem.

Hi @mdolfan,

If you are trying to set those settings via the iOS app, then you may be having the same problem that is listed on this thread. The app will show the setting as having been changed until you have left the camera settings section completely. As the bug appears to only affect the ability to save motion settings within the Motion Notifications screen, you can change the motion settings, then back out to the Camera Settings screen, and then click Save. At this point, your new motion settings should save properly.
