Doorbell App Timeline is not retaining notifications/recordings etc.

For the past 2 weeks, nothing is showing on the timeline for my doorbell camera. There are recordings up through March 23, but nothing after that. I'll get a notification on my phone that the camera saw motion, but when I open it up to view, there is nothing in the timeline to see what happened and typically the trigger for the camera has moved on so the live view is useless. After 2 hours on the phone and multiple emails back and forth, it still isn't working. Below are some things that we have done:

- Uninstall and reinstall the app
- Soft reset and hard reset the doorbell
- Remove the camera and reinstall it
- Create a new "Home"
- Tried to "Activate Monitoring" (even though I'd prefer the self-monitoring plan).


Nothing has resolved the issue. After resetting multiple times now there are even more issues like connectivity and not more push notifications to my phone at all. All I want is to be able to view the most recent events (motion sensors, doorbell dings, etc) and get notifications for my phone like I used to have. Can someone please help? There have been burglaries in my neighborhood so this is the absolute worst timing.
