Yes, our website experienced an outage, which once again impacted the cameras and the SimpliSafe app. Thankfully, our engineers were able to get the system back up within a couple of hours, and everything should be back to normal right now.
We're with you, we definitely don't want to go through this again for a good long while! We are of course already taking steps to prevent it happening in the future.
