Can't communicate with basestation and cameras flashing, seems to happen every week
Second week in a row, cameras flashing and can't communicate with the basestation. Getting really tired of this.

Yes, our website experienced an outage, which once again impacted the cameras and the SimpliSafe app. Thankfully, our engineers were able to get the system back up within a couple of hours, and everything should be back to normal right now.
We're with you, we definitely don't want to go through this again for a good long while! We are of course already taking steps to prevent it happening in the future.
