Can not connect camera

Can not connect the camera, tried both my networks many times.  Always ends up with the flashing red light.

At first the camera light is green, 15 seconds or so, but then the red light flashes.

Done this before, but I can't get the camera to connect.

Its a version one camera and I have just updated to the new equipment.  Now trying to get the camera to work again.  was working with the older system.
