Cameras Unable to Livestream
This system is useless. I've spent over 6 hours in 2 months messing with these cameras and on the phone with customer service. I've done everything in the book and can never get a live stream except on the doorbell. Is there a solution to this or did i waste $500?

Thanks for reporting. I'm really sorry to hear that you've been having so much trouble. We're assuming that you've already tried all of the troubleshooting that we have on the Help Center here.
If you like, we can continue troubleshooting on the Community here. It would be helpful to know what symptoms you're seeing, what steps you've already tried, and how your system is set up in your home (for example, where the Base Station is, where your cameras are, etc.).
But if you've tried everything, I can put you in touch with a senior agent who can arrange for replacement units. Fresh hardware might fare better.
