Cameras in general

So, I have the SS video doorbell along with several SS INDOOR/outdoor w/cover ...cameras.

I would LOVE to know why the doorbell's video quality is 1080P, yet your indoor cameras are ONLY 720P..

Ya might have gotten away with calling 720P HD 25 yrs ago... But not in this CENTURY !!!

So what's the deal ?

Also, IMHO.... common sense would be to have ALL cameras ACTIVATE once alarm has been TRIGGERED

as to allow potential multiple shots/points of view of incident.

Why is something as SIMPLE as this not part of the cameras

Protocol, for a company with the name SIMPLISAFE???

I would SIMPLI feel SAFER if they did......????

@billmack2020 to answer your first question: The Simplicam was developed and released prior to the db and was 720 and an indoor camera. Now, when will SS update it with a newer model.....

I think you'll find that all cameras ARE triggered by an alarm event, although I can't say about the doorbell camera cause I don't have one;
