Camera Technical Issue 10/09/20
Hi folks,
We wanted to let you know, we're currently experiencing a technical issue with a small number of cameras. We are working diligently to resolve this and will post updates here as this develops. To be clear: this is only affecting a small number of cameras.
If one of your cameras is affected, we would suggest that you try a power cycle by unplugging the unit and plugging it back in. You won't need to do a full reset!
UPDATE 10:30am ET: Great news! Looks like our engineering team has already figured out a resolution, so cameras should be going back to normal very soon. You might still see some residual connectivity issues, which a power cycle should take care of.
Please note: We're going to leave this post up for now, in case you have questions. But we'll be taking it down at the end of today.
