Camera stopped working

After I got new uscellular internet a couple weeks ago as always my simplisafe has worked flawlessly. But after few days the camera stopped working I called tech support and they had me to reinstall the camera and worked fine, but anytime I would turn my internet off the camera wouldnt work when I turned internet back on. But all I had to do was reinstall camera and leave internet on and work fine. Now my camera wont connect to system at all , I get the flashing white light says ready to install but it wont read the IR code, so I'm guessing my camera needs replaced
Any help would be great
