Camera showing black and white video?

@ollie_s​ Ours started doing the same thing. Did you ever get an answer?

@terridgarland are your camera's recordings constantly in black and white? Or only sometimes? When Night Vision is on, our cameras' footage will be in black in white. 

But if your camera's recordings are now constantly in black and white, we recommend checking to make sure that they are getting adequate light. And if they are, try resetting the camera.
