Camera recordings from new upgrade

I have three Simplicams and a doorbell camera. All have worked flawlessly for a year. Since the camera recording upgrade that SS recently did, where they eliminated recordings when alarming, my doorbell camera is no longer showing a recording on my timeline for secret alerts yet my three Simplicams do show up. When I disarm the system, all four cameras show a recording in the timeline.  I saw on another thread that SS engineers fixed a problem where only one camera recording would show up on the timeline and that was happening to me as well. Now, since the SS engineers solved that problem. My doorbell camera recordings still don't show up on the timeline like they previously did except for when I disarm the system. Any ideas?

We're sorry for any inconvenience that this has caused you. As we posted in another thread about this issue, the ability of the Video Doorbell Pro to record Secret Alerts has been restored as of this afternoon.
