Camera is hardly ever online
The camera is literally 3 feet from a router, but rarely streams all day. It's been down for hours. What am I paying for?!

Since the camera is only three feet from the router, the issue is most likely not with the WiFi signal from the router to the camera. Try running a speed test on the camera to see if perhaps it may be a bandwidth issue. To run the speed test through the SimpliSafe app, follow these steps:
In order to have a reliable connection for your cameras, you will need to have at least 2 Mbps of upload speed per camera.
