Camera has no microphone button

Hi, everyone.

Any idea what a camera would have no microphone button in the app? Is the one they gave away free with new packages an earlier version without two-way audio?

It's also missing the picture quality setting in the app. Whereas my other camera has two-way audio and quality settings.

@sterumbelow all simplicams, whether you paid or didn't pay for yours, has two way audio. The issue probably the firmware version you are on for the camera or app. I suggest you call support to confirm. They can push you the latest versions, you can do the phone app portion yourself.

You're right. One camera is on 2.6 and the other on 1.5! Phone app is up to date.

I take it there's no way to update besides giving them a call?

Unplug said camera and wait for 10-15 minutes then plug it back in and it should update. Your mileage may vary.
