Camera flipped 180 no matter what.

I’m having an issue where no matter what, the image is flipped 180. I’ve tried both settings. The camera is right-side up, it’s been working fine, now it’s upside down.

Hi @dhardman ,

That is super odd. I am assuming that you are making sure to hit the Save button in the top right every time you toggle the 180º option?

The only other thing we could think of to try is a factory reset of that camera. You can find instructions on the Help Center here.

Hey @pdgduck1 

For the Outdoor Cameras you will want to use the included charging cable to charge the battery externally from the camera itself for at least 6 hours same goes for indoor cameras if you plan to use them wirelessly. 

Other than that you simply want to ensure all of your pieces have arrives before your appointment and you will be set!
