Camera Connection Issues

Similar to this post, I set up my SimpliSafe a few days ago and everything was working well, but when I opened the app today to check my camera it said it was disconnected.

My router says it's connected and my WiFi is working. I reset the camera and reconnected it to my account -- the light on the camera is solid blue, but in the app it still says it's disconnected. Any ideas?
