Camera acting dead, won't connect to wifi after password change

This is ridiculous. I changed the password to my wifi and now no matter what I do, I can't get my camera back online. I didn't have any issues with the camera reading the QR code when I initially set it up, so I don't think that's the issue.

I've just deleted the camera from my system and I'm trying to reinstall it, but the white light won't even turn on so I can't get past that step. Like, really? I can't change my wifi password without my camera suddenly not working?

Been on hold for support forever but after reading the forums, I'm guessing I'll just be sent a new camera.

Anyone have any insight for when the doorbell rings but the camera acts dead?
