Blue battery icon

I have two outdoor cameras both with solar panels. On the camera settings portion of my app it shows one being a black battery with the lightning bolt indicating charging and the other just shows a solid blue. What does the solid blue icon mean?

@Ronnieranger ​ No problem. BTW, I don't know anyone who went with the solar panel (I and others went the AC route). How well does it work? How long to charge? Install easy?

@captain11​ I installed a solar panel on one of my outdoor cams. Works great so far. Probably get 5 hours of sunlight on it per day and occasional camera use.
