Bad battery?
I have a new outdoor camera… the battery died for the first time and I recharged it for 24 hours. The 3 white lights on the battery were showing solid. When I put the battery in the camera, the camera makes a chime, but the camera does not light up and it does not work. When I go to plug the battery back into charge it again one light is solid and one blinks. Do I have a defective battery?

@bradmillerpe Sounds like it but I would call support to troubleshoot. Suggest you recharge the battery again to 100% and then make the call to support. If it is bad, I am sure they will send you a new one at nc.

@bradmillerpe It does sound like there may be an issue with your camera's battery. I agree with Captain11, I would reach out to our Support team for some live troubleshooting.
