App Problems

Is anyone having problems with the app. I cannot change the doorbell camera quality settings. The popup comes up to adjust it, but its missing the "OK" line to save the change.

Hi @edjenloan, 

If you remove the SimpliSafe mobile app from your device and download it again, do you see the "OK" button?

UPDATE: After playing email tag for approximately 5 hours with the support team and answering all their "scripted" questions, the problem still exists. I asked twice for someone to call me and I could give them all their requested information in a few minutes. They stated they were not allowed to. Unbelievable
