Video verification alert in app every day

Every night when I arm my system, it tells me that I should enable video verification, but it already enabled, I verified this the last 3 days on the web, but each night it prompts me again in the app to enable it.  Is this a glitch with the app?

Thank for reaching out about this. I'm glad to report that this is a known issue that will be resolved very soon in an upcoming app update. Keep an eye out for it soon.

Well, here it is 2 years later and I'm also having this same problem. Why can't things just work, and not be full of bugs all the time??

@brnmcc01 Last night, the SimpliSafe mobile app did display a card prompting users to enable Visual Verification. This error has since been resolved, and you should no longer see that on the Overview page of the app. If you still see it, please let us know.
