V2078.55.0 update

I updated the app to version 2078.55.0.   I have two indoor cameras.   After the update, and live viewing on one camera, the app freezes when switching to the other camera.  This didn’t occur with the previous version.  Anyone having this issue?

Hi @cornholio, 

This is new to me! Have you tried signing out of your SimpliSafe app and then signing back in, or removing the app from your device and redownloading it?

Yep, done all of that.   Worked fine with iPadOS 16.2 and 16.3 with app version 2078.54.0.

@cornholio​, got it! I'm going to bring this case to our engineers. Which iPad model are you using? That information will be helpful in their investigation.

iPad 6.  Also when I updated an iPhone 11, the same thing occurred.
