Notifications for Two Sites

I have set up two systems on my iPhone. Notifications are turned on in the settings, and I have no problem with turning on the push notifications for one site. However, for the other site I get a message to turn on notifications in the settings. But they are turned on!!

Are there any suggestions?

It's very odd, considering that you actually have notifications already working on one account. And you're actually not getting notifications for that second property?

Would you also mind letting us know the exact text of that error message? We'll be forwarding this to our engineers to look into.

I have this same issue.  The option for push on the 2nd account is gray and will not let you save it. Therefore, I get not door bell camera notifications. But I do get SMS notifications about device activity like the door locking or window opening, etc.
