Need for If This Then That / IFTTT function
Did you know that SimpliSafe can and should build on the IFTTT Platform? This could allow me to control some of my lighting when doorbell motion detection or ringing occurs? ; I request that SimpliSafe please consider adding IFTTT capability in the future - like one of their competitors / Ring has done. Does anyone know of any workarounds to this?

@Herran Many have tried (including me) but overall, not successful. It is a good news/bad news scenario overall that SS, to the best of my knowledge, has never been hacked. I personally have 11 lights on IoT devices that if the SS sirens go off, I tell one of my several Alexa devices to "Turn on houselights". I can do the same remotely depending on quick push alerts from my SS app and using the Alexa app, but of course, it would be ideal if it was automatic. Big believer of "turn on a light, stop a thief" from the very old public service campaign from years ago.
This has been requested for many years but, unfortunately so far, no progress from SS.
