We have 3 employees that need to login from their device. Only two can login but the third one cannot. Why not?

Hi @info_talavera,
You should be able to log into your account from as many devices as you'd like. Does your employee who can't log into the account see any type of error message on the screen when they try to sign in? I would check to ensure that they are using your correct login credentials. If they are, I would recommend that they remove the SimpliSafe app from their device and redownload it.
